Synergence Ventures Foundation Staff

Synergence Ventures Foundation is more than a company, as our partners have always participated in projects that truly change the lives of people, from the our Mercado Central project in Argentina, wherein cooperative members who harvest the crops deliver to centralized locations to help to feed the nation’s families at half of the cost of traditional retail locations, to the barge transportation program envisioned, built, and created to allow native country members direct non-trucker access points to the port cities, or ro our work with Cooperatives Organizations and Humanitarian Foundations that deliver food, clothing, and shelter, to the children who have been cast adrift by family financial shortages.

We have always acted clearly in service, in every course of business, but with the Historical Assets Redemption, where the client has a requirement for Humanitarian Endeavor, we have decided to use our Synergence Ventures Corporation’s Fiduciary and Trustee model of management to support the proper financial management, while engaging, on the client’s specific request and behalf, to produce, manage, ship, and implement, the physical accomplishment and build-out of these humanitarian requirements.   The true rarity in life is follow-through, and the faithful adherence to a trust.  You will find both in every member of this firm.

Our parent firm, Synergence Ventures Corporation, works in the fields of commodity acquisition and transportation, connected directly to the United Nations Cooperatives Organization of over 33,000,000 members. We also interface smoothly within the Banking System, as the fiduciary management partner of the financial services needs of our clientele.  Whether we are pursuing financial instruments for a trade or extensive real estate development projects, or the wood, steel, cable, wallboard, cement, macadam, road-building materials, or plumbing, or fixtures from any of 193 countries, as are necessary for construction to be engaged, we focus on the needs of our company or country partners, and in this case, the management and provisioning of these projects on a global basis. 

In short, Synergence is the fulcrum where Heart and Intelligence are balanced, for the advancement of our clients, and the accomplishment of their Humanitarian Mission. Engaging advanced project planning and financial management, and handling the same as a fiduciary and trustee, and always respecting the needs, ownership, or direction of the customer, Synergence implements what were known originally as Hi-Yield Trading Platforms, that provide well above average yields on investment, while offering the important distinction that these yields do not require above average risk.

It is only by assisting others that one’s value to the world is truly realized.  We choose to govern from the heart, as it is not in dollars, lira, pound or real that a deal is made, but in satisfying the needs of our customer, that they can fulfill the needs of their society.  How else can one quantify the emotions of bringing food to the world market, one of our Humanitarian Ambitions, especially if it is tasked for life-saving purpose?

Our staff, without exception, are committed to do whatever is necessary whether time, effort, or financial sacrifice related, to insure that we are helping support the United Nations and it’s 193 country partners in meeting their goals, and that these funds, required for Humanitarian Need, can be administered by a company with expertise in the acquisition of goods and the proper management of financial projects. We are not the largest firm on the world map, but we segregate the Humanitarian Projects funds as Fiduciary Trustee partner, work directly with the bankers to accomplish every goal, and pledge our support to those who endeavor greatly, to take care of the needy.  We resolve as a group, that you will find open hearts here, who will find a way to fulfill your requirements.

Marc Guest, President and CEO, has been an entrepreneur for the past 40 years, beginning his career in the sale of precious metals for spot or future delivery.  Marc built Intercomex Financial Corporation from a sole proprietor status, selling precious metals investments himself, into a firm of over 100 Account Executives located in Lido Island and Los Angeles, California, Las Vegas, Nevada, West Palm Beach, Florida and New York City, New York.

Over the years, Marc has created companies that have marketed innovative new products to the public. These products have included The Water Dam, a water saving device which converted the function of traditional toilet tanks into the newer 1.6 gallon low flush requirements, the Wipe Out! CD, DVD, and Game Repair Kit, which was a micro-abrasive creme that removed scratches and eliminated skipping on damaged Compact Disc products of all kinds, and many other endeavors impossible to list here.

Marc was nominated for the Entrepreneur of the Year award honors for his work at Intercomex Financial Corporation, and received an Innovations 99 Award for Esprit Development Corporation from the Electronics Industry Association when he exhibited the company’s patented Wipe Out! CD Repair Kit at the International Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Marc also spent 14 years as a Bank Loan Officer and the same time period as an Investment Advisor with Series 7, 22, and 63 licensing. Today, our business is mostly related to Fiduciary and Trustee Management of trade, financial instruments, and financial management activities, handling not only the investment related functions, but serving the management and effective operational control of our business for Companies, Cooperatives, and Country Partners.

Abhijit Das is a tireless warrior, endeavoring constantly for our firm, it’s members, and most essentially to our clientele. Possessed of a background of 35 plus years of financial services, Abhijit’s secret pride in life is that he has represented his country of India in various athletic and sporting capacities, including as a marksman, for India, in high-level shooting competitions.

His financial and banking performance is outstanding, and it is through his care that many of our Hi-Yield Trading Platform Partnerships are created. If you are placing funds for Humanitarian Management, or for personal requirements, you will certainly encounter our Indian “Sean Connery”, Synergence Ventures Foundation’s very own financial James Bond, Mr. Abhijit Das.

There is much to be said for having internal persons with the capacity to keep things straight in the accounting process, and Ashraf comes to us from many years with Price, Waterhouse, Cooper and other large “international business-specific” accounting firms. Tasked with a substantial portfolio, at PWC, Ashraf is our internal person who insures that all i’s are dotted, and all t’s are crossed. While Ashraf has been spending time in Egypt to care for relatives, and has been enduring the covid experience there, it is anticipated that he will come to relocate to the U.S. over the next few months.
