One of the most critical issues for any Administration is the management of information flowing from the citizens, that the administration has the word, and feel, of those in the streets. The most critical of this information is the National Security Advisory, which in my ‘now educated opinion’, does not exist, and must be revamped. For several years, I have built a trusting and close relationship with an Aboriginal Elder Member Mining Cooperative that has been proven via DNA evidence to have up to 60,000 continuous years of occupation in their Ancestral Tribal Homelands in the Philippines Archipelago. Further dialogue with these Elder members unveils much hidden history, whereby they trace actual relationships and business, Kingdom management, and activity, that provably and demonstrably go back dramatically further.
Waiting painfully for years for the American citizens to have the chance to bring you back into office, this issue was deemed too dangerous to bring to the prior administration. Even before you were inaugurated for your second term, I contacted Mr. Steve Witkoff, your soon-to-be nominated Special Envoy for Peace in the Middle East, and offered a huge financial boon to be managed by yourself and Bibi Netanyahu, intended to assist you in your negotiations for peace, and for the establishment of a massive financial grant, for the relocation of the inhabitants of the Gaza region, to friendly and willing neighbors, and for the rebuilding of Gaza into the hoped for Israeli Riviera, which sounds like the plan you are currently finalizing with all parties.
I know you are busy, Mr. President, but for historical importance of the donation, this is the precise Elder Tribal Group that established the Federal Reserve Bank Systems, both within the United States, and in virtually all foreign nations, and documentation has been provided for review that they have placed well over 1 Billion Metric Tons of Gold Bullion into these Central Banks, following establishing the world’s first Gold Bank, in 1738, Banco de Espana, dela Philippines, de Isabella II, and their transfer of Gold Certificates totaling over 900,000,000 Metric Tons of Gold, in a single transaction. Before this, and for millennium, well before the time of Christ, even the time of King Solomon, to whom they sold gold in 1000 B.C to 930 B.C., they were already huge financial entities, with 7 fully established and relatively powerful but peaceful Kingdoms and Sultinates, with Kings, Datus, legal systems, laws relating to international trade established, including vast control of the sailing and navigation of the globe, thousands of years before Christopher Columbus, Magellan, or the Vikings. There are places within the Grand Canyon, that confirm their historical visitation and occupation, within the United States, radioactive dating confirming ~8000 years ago. Their true history goes back vast time before the voyage of Noah on his Ark, where they were inhabitants, and they have carried and preserved secret knowledge of the years before God choose to restart humanity. (Not to mention Why, which is interesting, and also disclosed to you in documents provided to Mr. Witkoff. It has been in his care since March 10, 2025)
Getting to the point, Mr. President, we gave this financial pledge of donation through Mr. Steve Witkoff, and have continued to provide him with information which is critical to your administration, including financial dialogue regarding the banking system, and their gold backing, which was loaned by our Elder Brothers, and the vast and corrupt actions of the Banking System, to avoid their responsibilities over the past 125 years. We should talk about this sometime, and we would appreciate Mr. Witkoff doing his duty to the country, by passing along these critical emailed documentation of information.
So where is the national security matter? Following their assistance with funding the Central Banks of the world, during the buildup of World War II, it was decided by the USA Department of War, working in conjunction with the Allied forces, that something dramatic would be required to stop the advances of the Axis forces, and to bring to a close to the second world war, in a way that might avoid a third.
For this purpose, many are aware of the Manhattan Project, where according to Wikipedia, “The Manhattan Project was a secret U.S. government program during World War II aimed at developing the first atomic bombs to use against Japan and to prevent Nazi Germany from acquiring nuclear weapons. It involved significant scientific research and collaboration, leading to the successful detonation of the atomic bombs in 1945.”
Our Elder Brethren were consulted, and requested to make a special financial allocation, and due to the critical nature of the threat to the entire globe, they agreed. While the numbers they committed are not the point, the security of such a priority was impossible to secure via gold, which they provided to us for the costs, due to our globally not having enough gold, or capital investment, for such a development.
Therefore, upon providing the funding, the Manhattan Project was begun, with the resulting effect ending World War II, bringing humanity back from the brink, and saving many of us from having to learn German and a bit of Japanese. Since the threat was conquered, and not suggesting that this was wise, the United States Government provided 10,000 containers of highly-refined Uranium product, of 235, 237, and 238 varieties, which was the only thing on earth valuable enough by Metric Ton, to cover the security of their loans.
Here we are, 80+ years later, and the Elders have not been paid back for their Banking loans, nor have they been repaid on the Atomic Creation, thus, they still have the highly refined materials, which they would wish to return to the United States Military, in a proper manner, as America is the only place globally where they feel these most highly refined products should be safely managed, and held.
Most sincerely, Mr. President, I have tried to bring this matter to your attention through hundreds of individual actions and efforts, but for the sake of reader patience, I have called 16 members of Congress, Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders, Mark Levin, Sean Hannity, the FBI public information line, CIA Information Line, left 18 messages on WhiteHouse.gov/contact and over 15 direct calls to the White House switchboard, asking to speak with you, V.P. J.D. Vance, Stephen Miller, Suzie Wiles, and others, but have been shut down by all operators, as they can only take messages, that we must believe have never been brought to your attention. We have had no return calls from the many Senators and Congresspersons. In truth, we have had no success or help at all, even when the notes to you on White House Contact form clearly state the Nuclear issues, and their holdings of the materials. (Screeners need to do better, as is hard, verging on impossible for a simple citizen to bring anything to you, even when most essential)
Following sending Steven Witkoff clear and detailed information on the holdings, including over 300 “Black Coffin Historical Boxes” container codes, known only to DoD personnel, we have tried to reach FBI, DoD, Pete Hegseth, Dan Bongino, Kash Patel, and in fact, these materials have been delivered by us directly through US Priority Mail, sent directly to Mar-A-Lago, where they are held either in the mail room, or in the hands of Dan, your security manager, as you received the package on October 10, 2025 at 12:47 pm, promised me he would give me a delivery advisory the next day when I contacted him on October 20th, and who to my best guess has never given the package into your hands.
I have even contacted the Secret Service office in Miami, hoping they would contact the Mar-A-Lago team to get you the advice that it is already in your hands, if you can only claim it. Secret Service refused, stating that they serve the President, but they do not take any part in providing you with any such advice. Your security person has avoided over 15 return calls from me, attempting to confirm the delivery, to you, as was promised.
UPDATE: United States International Development Finance Corporation was told following your issuance of the Strategic Metals Presidential Executive Order, that these Elders will immediately make available the 500,000,000 ounces of Silver and 500,000 Metric Tons of Copper answering to your requirement. Ben Black, CEO, we must believe has not shown our NATIONAL SECURITY ADVISORY to the President, or to Pete Hegseth, as Secretary of War.
As Scott Bessent, Marco Rubio and Howard Lutnick are Board Members of this institution, we have asked employee Hiba Syed, to please inform Ben Black to request advise from any of these Board Members, also Cabinet Members, to learn the truth of our allegation that National Security Advisories must be raised to the level of authority required. With this Board of Directors, feel sure any of the three would advise him identically. Giving Mr. Black the documents 7 weeks ago today, and attempting to discuss the matter with him, he has refused to answer any of our calls or letters. This is a moral, if not legal violation, but you will forgive that we believe it is both.
As stated, I was slightly too young to serve our country in Vietnam, when as an incoming High School Senior, the draft stopped, and thus, I never was required, nor made the decision to serve. Thus, this is perhaps the only time in my life where my country truly requires something of me, outside of taxes, and while I have tried with all of my heart, I have been unable to persuade anyone that a National Security Advisory is not voluntary to pass, but mandatory.
Eight weeks ago, Mr. President, you placed a Strategic Metals Presidential Order that you require 500,000,000 (500 Million) ounces of bullion Silver, as well as 500,000 Metric Tons of Copper Bullion. Investigating this request, it was found that the United States Development Finance Corporation was the chosen entity for direct acquisition of these materials, which were stated as needed immediately, but in the latest case, within 6 months of your Executive Order. Yesterday, Russia also decided to cease all exports of Silver and Gold, and perhaps the Rare Earth Materials we also possess in massive quantity. Thus, we are likely the only source on the planet with billions of ounces of such materials which we would gladly make available to the United States. Within two or three days of your Presidential Requirement, on or about January 30th, I contacted DFC, reaching Hiba Syed, who provided email addresses for herself, that I might communicate our willingness to provide the full requirement, in bullion, at your earliest arrangement. This message was sent after two weeks of no contact, and as of today, on March 18th, now March 27th, I have not been contacted by their acquisition team, and all calls to Ben Black, as CEO, have been ignored. Neither the Strategic Metals Executive Order, nor my sending of the National Security Advisory, have been acted upon or discussed with us, even though three of their Board Members are Cabinet Officials of your Administration. As I recall, President Trump’s Executive Actions on the subject of Silver and Copper were urgent, and an emergency requirement for our Country. While we understand you are busy, and have many things every day that must be done, it is surprising that you would not investigate what we have shown massive proof of to the Sovereign Committee for Redemption, which our President can easily investigate. As I have stated, our Elder Members have massive investment into the United States, and all countries, and the bankers/Central Bankers are not telling you, or the world, the truth of their status.

Regarding the National Security Issue, due to your having three current Cabinet members on your board, I would like to request the instant informing, and delivery to Secretary’s Bessent, Lutnick, and Rubio, that they may perform their required disclosure to our President. This is not a request, totally, as by statute, already forwarded, this is really not a choice, but a requirement.
I have done everything possible, including sending a copy of several files to Mar-A-Lago, as previously noted. Their security team, is apparently still holding the documents, as President Trump would act immediately to verify such an issue. As we are talking about 10,000 tons of nuclear material, it would be my request, that regardless of your allowing us to serve to immediately bring you his 6-month target on the assets acquisition, that you take seriously your requirement, as a United States entity, to perform your rightful and necessary disclosure to the Board, your Cabinet Members associates, and thus to President Trump for his necessary review.

I have written to Ben Black, and your team, through instructions of Hiba Syed, and have provided essential information to your firm which would not be acceptable, sent in full, to any other party.
First, President Trump has issued a Strategic Materials Requirement for 500 million ounces of silver, and 500,000 metric tons of copper asap, but within 6 months time, maximum. I have the full requirement for this available in Philippines, and my Indigenous Elder clientele have already committed that they would make this volume available for your acquisition.
Second, I have supplied a National Security Advisory regarding nuclear materials of 100% refinement, which was given to the Elder Families of Philippines, as security for their loan, and thus, from those who funded the Manhattan Project in 1935-1938 or so, in the last century. They have held these materials for the entirety, which was legally provided to them as security for their investment, and it’s successful development led to the Allied Forces winning the 2nd World War.
In fact, I was told to bring the Silver/Copper offer to your firm, as you are able to perform the acquisition, without congressional advisement, and approval process, as it is fulfilling a direct request/requirement from our Commander in Chief.
As to the secondary issue, my Elder clients possess and control 10,000 Black Coffin Historical Assets containers, of one Ton each container, extremely rare, but difficult items as they are fully refined Uranium 235, 237 & 238, depending on the type of Black Coffin hermetically sealed containers. I have also provided over 300 secret Department of Defense codes for these containers, within the package that I delivered to your organization.
I am performing my patriotic duty, as with citizens, we are responsible for advising the highest governmental source we can, and all governmental contractors, employees, agents, or operative organizations are required to send this issue higher, until it meets the authority of the requirement. (legal backup for this in attachment) For this package, it is only President Trump, as our Commander in Chief, or Pete Hegseth, as our Secretary of War, who are the parties with the actual authority/responsibility to receive, review, and respond to the issue at hand.
As these are Nuclear Materials, of highest possible refinement, this is a rather important issue, and must be brought to their attention. As you have three persons on your board of directors, Scott Bessent, Howard Lutnick, and Marco Rubio, who are cabinet members, and who enjoy daily interactions, as Secretaries to the Administration of Donald J. Trump, it is to them, most directly, that I forward this information to your care.
I have requested that if Mr. Ben Black is not familiar with his absolute responsibility to transfer this information upwards, I suggested to Hiba that she have him request advisement from his board members, to insure that he receives accurate advisement, and have requested that he transfer, and inform them of all aspects of my disclosure, that they may further advise the President.
In short, I do not know what I am doing wrong. I am not an arrogant person, but I have spoken with and left messages for many congressmen, senators, or governors, and nobody has helped me to perform my required disclosure. At this point, it feels like the system is broken, and that nobody understands this is not a matter of choice, but duty to our country.
There isn’t one person in ten million who could give you a stronger and more willing partner, who owns in physical form the Silver and Copper our President requires, and has requested. I have further told Hiba that if we needed another half a billion ounces, for Elon Musk of Tesla, or for AI High-Tech requirement, we can be of further service. We have dramatic respect, and willingness to work with our President, to complete many goals and needs.
Regarding the National Security Advisement, I have been trying for a year to bring this to our President, in fact longer, but we needed to wait for him to win.
I have sent the NSA through Steve Witkoff, Special Envoy for Peace in the Middle East, and while it is pathetic and wrong, he accepted our gift through Donald Trump and Bebe Netanyahu, to bring $200 Trillion in Gold, for the Renovation of Gaza and the move and resettlement of the prior residents, into new and acceptable living circumstances. While Special Envoy Witkoff has informed the President of the Grant, he has not performed a delivery of this National Security matter, and additional important disclosures, although he has had it in his possession since 5/10/25.

Dear Hiba,
It is essential that you and Ben Black understand the importance of the connection being offered by us, as their Fiduciary & Trustee, and Heritage Account/Historical Assets Submission firm. In the documentation we have provided you, we have shown over 1.7 million metric tons of physical gold that we are cosignatory on, which is reviewable at some point for proofing of small issues, and the boxes within said tunnel, which are of vastly higher value than the gold content alone.
I have also included full documentation in the package links below for Scott Bessent, Secretary of Treasury, which denotes over 900 Million Metric tons of Gold, placed into the Central Bank of Philippines, for further lending to banks around the world, in 1950. All told, they have roughly 2 billion tons of Backup Gold which they loaned to all countries, and of which only small annual payments have been received, which the Philippine Elders, as the true ancestral owners, have according to our agreements, never been able to deposit or use.
I have told you that they backed up all central banks in 1912-1913, Further, I have shown you their Silver Eagle, which equates to 24,500 metric tons of Silver, approximately the Silver Bullion quantity requested by President Trump. Regarding the bankers, and their unwillingness to discuss their debts, and the debts of their hosting countries, and what is owed to these Elders, Mr. Ben Black, your board members, and President Trump must recognize the critical nature of doing this properly, while the bankers,who have never been principals or owners, wish to control the assets which belong to our clients, paying nothing towards their settlement of the loan with shared revenue, as was agreed in all master agreements, of which we have disclosed a list in the II228 seeking II220 document. Please note that these expired Gold certificates, held by the bankers, are merely long-expired evidence of assets held within our bunkers. They were the backup for these issuance’s, of which the world has never even paid to rent, and on which they now wish to control the terms of repayment, according to their current mood and desire, rather than in fulfillment of the fully signed, implemented, and completed agreement made by our Physical and Spiritual fore-bearers, and agreed/guaranteed at initiation by their fore-bearers.
While the United Nations, the IMF, the BIS and others wish to control and tweak repayment according to their greedy desires, I think it is essential to note that these Elders have the original boxes, through which they funded and initiated each of these institutions. How can your institutions, which have been in business less than 100 years, control and own assets which we have owned since we mined them, and have long documented in hundreds of agreements/documents, for many thousands of years?
In other words, the Elders I bring are the masters of the physical wealth of our planet, having many millions of metric tons of Gold, Silver, Platinum, Palladium, Rhodium (perhaps less in that particular stock), not to mention the largest supply of Rare Earths, fully rivaling or surpassing that which may be owned by China. They would prioritize and make principal agreements with America, to supply any and all of our Rare Earth requirements, cooperatively, and directly to the United States, and to insure that other countries, or manufacturers who require such products, for their purposes, can obtain it. They have approximately 250,000 MT of each of the Rare Earth Metals available, in bullion form, and billions of metric tons of each ore type, to provide for further mining activity, or production needs.
The funds that are owed by the world to the Elders, are mostly due to Sagrada Familia Unity Philippines, as successor organization to the Sunflower People or the Sunflower Covenant, and the direct original holders of such funds and golden assets for the last many thousands of years. As stated previously, they are the founders and managers of Banco de Espana, dela Philippines, de Isabella II, the original gold bank in the world. In fact, their Gatekeeper, xxxxx xxxxx xxxxx, is not only their New Spiritual King Solomon, but is also the CEO and signatory for Banco de Espana dela Philippines, de Isabella II, and Amanah Bank in earlier years. In 1912-1913, they transferred the bulk of master agreements gold certiifcates required for Central Bank initiation, and sent vast certificated gold to all countries, for the enhancement of the world.
The Bankers and Governments are to pay back, Hiba, and this global redemption, currently, as designed by these bankers, ignore all rights of the Elders, and all responsibilities of the world to these Elders, preferring to suggest that they are merely security guards and not the Aboriginal Elders, Independent Kingdoms, and Mining Cooperative who have enabled many generations of mankind, both before and after the time of King Solomon, Jesus, and Noah, as well as this most recent creation of our modern banking system. While there may be shortfalls needing the understanding of the Elders, the concept that they are security guards, or that the government of Philippines or China are the asset holders, when we know what the Chinese and the Central Bank of Philippines owe to us, is wrongfully presented, and distasteful to those who set our world on firm footing.
Based on what is due these Elders, the wrongful taking of their gold assets, and placing in Hi-Yield Trade Platforms under Banker ownership alone, they could easily prove fraud and mismanagement on a grand scale. Seemingly, without President Trump’s direct involvement, they will require bank forensic accounting, and proofing, to secure their interest. This is not our purpose, nor wish, but the requirement of substantive discussions of these Elders, with Scott Bessent, and Donald Trump cannot be understated, and can lead to solutions which control the actions of China to sell US Debt, for the purpose to acquire more gold and silver, which due to their real estate collapse in progress, they do not have any free capital, as it dramatically owed to these Elders. Further, there are vast sums which are due to them, which are shared with the country who helps them to collect the revenue, thus allowing them to place their Chinese assets, through American Redemption, as we have done thus far, that American interests can be better balanced versus China, by the positive revenue of them choosing to work with us.
We have truly built tremendous rapport with these Elders, understand their goals, and their methods and abilities to positively affect the financial development of the world, and to increase it in the upcoming period. The door to America must be opened, now, as we need the protections of America, including military protection, as was guaranteed by our funding the entirety of the cost of your Seventh Fleet, and covered by the Commonwealth and Parity Agreements with the United States of America. With the communication intended and offered between us, President Trump and America will be vastly enabled financially, and may have extended ability to positively affect the development of the world, financially, and all of it’s people.
We see this as a joint goal of the Elders, and President Trump, and thus, we request the immediate sharing of our National Security Advisory, American Loyalty, with our Commander in Chief. Hoping you will help us accomplish this, without any further delay.
We have been trying to supply this information for over a year, and in fact, had to wait for President Trump to come back to power, as there was no way we could have trusted the prior holder of his office, in any financial capacity. We have tried many methods to reach our President on these issues, and even with your International Development Finance group, who have had our documents for seven weeks, nothing has ever been moved to the President.
I urge you to work instantly to cure the non-delivery of our National Security Advisory to the President, through your board members, Marco Rubio, Howard Lutnick, and Scott Bessent.
This is not a request, but your responsibility under the law, and at this point, when the banks are going down the tubes, you really need the support and cooperation of these Elders, to secure the future of the planet. Leaving it in the hands of the bankers, you will leave the fiat system for a system where they pretend that they are gold backed, as they have not spent any time to cure their debts, nor to restructure the now expired Gold Loans, for the benefit of the people. In today’s world, with satellites managed by many countries, we would think that Uranium could be searched as easily as you keep an eye on their gold, within their tunnels. This is a conversation which must take place, with Trump, to negotiate and arrange proper management, for all needs.
Beyond the Presidency, they are also the perfect addition to your Board of Peace, as they have already committed 200 Trillion in Gold towards the needs of your group, to rebuild and revamp Gaza, into the Israeli Riviera the President has described, and to properly insure and supply housing and territory for the refugees, who are considered Palestinians, although this is not a proper description, nor a proper designation of their land, or territory. Federal law and long-standing Executive practice—including 3 U.S.C. § 301; 44 U.S.C. § 3101; the Presidential Records Act (44 U.S.C. §§ 2201–2209); Executive Order 12333 (as amended); and related disclosure and good-faith reporting provisions—contemplate that such information, once received, is elevated when it exceeds delegated authority, or bears directly on matters reserved to the President. It is our belief that the return of such ‘fully-refined nuclear materials’, provided to Philippine’s Elders as security, due to their funding of the ‘Manhattan Project”, thus ‘National Security Advisory’ materials, qualify directly.
On January 30, 2026, and in multiple communications before and after that date, I have provided your firm with direct and complete disclosure of National Security Advisory materials, and related documentation, including over 300 Department of Defense codes from the past century, which we believe warrant immediate Presidential, SECWAR and Cabinet-level awareness. These materials include: national security-related disclosures;
historical and ongoing documentation regarding asserted gold-backing contributions to the international banking system by Indigenous Elder Family holders dating from approximately 1890 to the present; and including the costs of research and implementation of these weapons, for the benefit of the Allies forces, during World War 2.
The quantity of the materials are approximately 10,000 Tons of Uranium 235, 237, and 238
Information concerning alleged non-payment irregularities within elements of the
international banking framework, potentially relevant to the Departments of Treasury and
Commerce.
While I have provided notice-level communications to a number of Senators, Members of Congress, and other officials, including 18 direct messages to the contact form of Whitehouse.gov/contact and similar messages, with details, left with staff on the White House Switchboard, at 202-456-1414, I wish to clarify—respectfully—that the complete and consolidated documentation has been provided in full form only to you, and Special Envoy for Peace in the Middle East, Steven Witkoff.
This was done intentionally, in reliance on yours and his role, and with your board members direct and proper proximity to the President, and your capacity to ensure that comprehensive information sharing occurs at the appropriate executive level. To my knowledge, you are uniquely positioned to complete that process.
I have further advised you with copies and other documentation of the sharing of this data to Special Envoy Steve Witkoff, who has likewise already wrongfully decided that his delivery of such to the President is a choice, and not a legal requirement. Coupling this with over a year of waiting for the President to be placed back into the White House by the American People, you might understand why we are taking the step to be a bit aggressive in pointing out your requirements, for the full review, and hoped for immediate implementation of your staff. (The President must be advised)
In addition, I have advised that I had communicated with Special Envoy, through his assistant America Valdes, regarding the availability of substantial private financial support, $200 Trillion represented to me as denominated in gold, intended for lawful humanitarian reconstruction, civilian relocation, and stabilization efforts in active conflict regions, including Gaza, subject entirely to verification, lawful review, and governmental discretion.
This letter does not allege misconduct, nor does it seek to compel any specific outcome. Its purpose is to preserve the record, confirm notice, and respectfully request confirmation that the complete materials previously entrusted to you have been forwarded to President Donald J. Trump, and made available for review by appropriate Cabinet officials, including the Secretary of the Treasury, State,and Commerce, as the subject matter may warrant.
I submit this correspondence with respect for your office and responsibilities, and in the spirit of shared civic duty, to ensure that information of potential national consequence is elevated within the limits of our respective roles.

These statutes and principles do not criminalize inaction outright, but they establish clear
responsibility to refer information upward, when it concerns national security, fraud against the United States, or matters requiring Presidential decision.
A. Presidential Awareness & Executive Referral
3 U.S.C. § 301 Delegation of Presidential functions requires that matters reserved to the President be brought to his attention when they exceed delegated authority.
44 U.S.C. § 3101
Requires Executive Branch officials to create and preserve records documenting activities, decisions, and information received in the course of official duties.
44 U.S.C. § 2201–2209 (Presidential Records Act)
Information received that may affect Presidential decision-making must be preserved and made available to the President.
B. National Security & Public Safety Reporting
50 U.S.C. § 3033(k)(5)
Establishes that credible national security information received by Executive officials must be referred to appropriate authorities, including senior leadership.
Executive Order 12333 (as amended)
Requires that intelligence or national-security-relevant information be shared with appropriate officials, including the President, when relevant.
C. Fraud Against the United States / Financial System
18 U.S.C. § 4 – Misprision of Felony
Establishes that individuals with knowledge of potential federal felonies affecting the United States may not conceal and fail to report such information to proper authorities.
(I reference this carefully as a principle of disclosure, not as an accusation.)
31 U.S.C. § 5318(g)
Reflects federal policy that information relating to financial crimes or systemic banking fraud must be reported through proper channels.
D. Whistleblower & Good-Faith Disclosure Protections
5 U.S.C. § 2302(b)(8)
Protects good-faith disclosures of information concerning:
Gross mismanagement
Abuse of authority
Violations of law
Substantial danger to public safety or national security
This statute supports our position that submission and elevation are protected and expected, not discretionary. I have needed your help to be taken seriously and for you to perform your proper duty, to our nation and our President. We have further offered quadrillions in gifts and benefits to the United States in documents you have arbitrarily chosen not to deliver.
I write today to advise that you have a duty to this President, even higher than mine, which is why I chose Special Envoy Witkoff to deliver the message regarding the 200 trillion dollar donative grant and the intended enablement for use by this President, whom we trust and respect.
We deserve your highest adherence to the requirement to pass all of this material to either President Trump or Secretary of War Pete Hegseth, who can readily confirm that the 300 private Department of Defense codes on the Black Coffin Historical Boxes—containing materials properly granted as security to my elder members—are genuine. This information is included in the file titled American Loyalty, written on May 10, 2025.
Please, sirs, act with haste and with full disclosure of every document I have sent to you. While Mr. Witkoff has undoubtedly been quite busy over the last seven months since May, national security matters must take precedence over personal convenience or belief.
